Is is possible to hold a private party/meeting in a room?
Without the specific consent of the Hotel management, you may neither use your room nor the lobby as an office, for private parties, or for any other such activity. please contact our sales department for reservations of meeting rooms.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check out may be arranged under the following terms: 30% of the daily room rate until 3:00 p.m. 50% until 6:00 p.m. Any time after 6:00 p.m. will be charged at 100% of the daily room rate.
Is it possible to store my luggage prior to check in?
Yes. In the case of sending your luggage please sent to the following address:

Is it possible to assign my room number?
No. Rooms are assigned based on type and availability.
What is the deadline for cancellation or amendment? How much is the late cancellation penalty?
In the event you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel no later than 6:00 pm local Japan time on the day before arrival.
In case of late cancellation after the above deadline, including same-day cancellation and failure to arrive, 100% of the first night’s room rate will be collected as the cancellation penalty.

*Cancellation policies may differ for reservations booked via third-party agents or websites.

*For “Advance Purchase” rates, the total room rate of the full stay will be charged to the registered credit card. Even in case of cancellation or failure to arrive, no refund will be provided. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

*Early checkouts will be considered as late cancellations and you will be responsible for the first night's room and tax charge which is not consumed of the remainder of the stay. In the case of a non-refundable plan, you are responsible for all remaining unconsumed room and tax charges.
Can you request a room with specific view?
Please make all requests upon making your reservation. Please note that room view requests are not guaranteed and subject to daily availability.
Do you have interconnecting rooms?
Yes, but with a limited number of rooms. Please ask a reservation clerk for more details and room availability.
Are there any rooms accommodating 3 persons?
Yes, an extra bed will be ready in either Twin Room or Double Room. Also, we have a 2 bedrooms residence.
Do I need an extra bed for my child?
Children under 12 years old may use the same bed as the parent for no additional cost. However, an additional fee will be charged for the children’s breakfast for guests with breakfast included in their stay.
How may I make a reservation if we have two children using the same bed?
Please make a reservation at Twin Room or Double Room with an extra bed (additional charge incurs).
Is it possible to have an In-room-breakfast instead of NOKA Roast & Grill breakfast?
NOKA Roast & Grill breakfast can not be transferred to In-Room Dining service or other restaurants.
How much is the accommodation tax?
Osaka Prefecture, where the InterContinental Osaka located, declared that the accommodation tax is levied on guests staying in hotels in Osaka. Guests are required to pay the accommodation tax when settling their account at the time of check out.
